Scan Array and Scan Array lite (Perkin Elmer) have a two wavelength system designed to accommodate Cyanine 3 and Cyanine 5 fluorescent dyes. Together with the Genepix or Genespring software these scanners provide a powerful, but easy to use, platorm for initial microarray analysis.

The scanners are located in room C3 and computers for Genepix or Genespring analysis are located in room C3 on floor 3. Responsible person is Jan Karlsson.
