The Genomics lab have two PCR machines from MJ Research. The PTC-100, which is the original Peltier thermal cycler, and the PTC-225 DNA engine Tetrad which consists of 4 separate sample blocks in one chassis.

The PTC-225 Engine Tetrad is a large capacity thermal cycler specifically designed for high-throughput amplifications. The four blocks can be run separately, each with different PCR programs.

The PCR machines are located in room B3 (PTC-100) and B3 (Tetrad) on floor 3. Responsible person is Thomas Hiltonen.
