The large scale EST sequencing of Populus clones has generated over 00 ESTs. These sequences can be found in the Populus DB. We have all these clones as glycerol stocks, plasmids or lysates in our freezers. We also have 19 different cDNA libraries from Populus. If you are interested in a particular clone or a cDNA library, contact or and they will help you to find/pick them. Unfortunately, we do not have resources to distribute clones to researchers outside the Populus EST sequencing project.

If you are using a MacIntosh computer and have problem to read the file "cDNA libraries"? You can try to download the file and change extension to .xls before you open it. For example give the file the name "cDNA libraries.xls".  Good luck
