The registration fee includes admittance to the scientific program during the Congress, Welcome reception and Congress dinner.

UmeŚ Congress will confirm the registration and hotel reservation approximately one month before the Congress starts.
All payments must be remitted in SEK (Swedish Crowns). In case of payment by bank transfer, please include a copy of the bank's remittance with the registration form. We accept all major cards. Delegates from the Nordic countries can have an invoice for all costs connected to the Congress.
Should you have to cancel your registration before September 20, , the cancellation fee is SEK 500. After September 20 no refunds will be made.

Congress venue
The Congress will take place at UPSC in the Chemistry and Biology Center (KBC), which is located on the University Campus.

Accommodation
UmeŚ Congress have reserved hotel rooms at Hotel Winn and Hotel Wasa, both located in the town center. To benefit from special conference rates be sure to reserve your room before August 23.
Travel
It is easy to get to UmeŚ. Two companies; SAS ( from Arlanda International Airport) and MalmŲ Aviation (from Bromma Airport) have regular flights from Stockholm to UmeŚ. There are also buses and trains from Stockhom to UmeŚ. If you want us to arrange your travel from Stockholm or other destinations in Sweden, please fill in the reservation form for flights. Buses from UmeŚ Airport to the University and town center, where the hotels are situated, leave after each arrival and the trip takes about ten minutes.
