Instructions for preparing Abstracts
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Abstracts should be submitted electronically as an attached document to:
- Page set up: top, bottom, left and right margins 2.5 cm.
- Please select the Times New Roman or Times New Roman CE fonts (12 points) in Word for Windows, .doc or .rtf format.
- On the first line, above the title, please nominate the session in which you wish your abstract to be listed.
- The Title should be completely CAPITALIZED bold and should start flush with the left margin.
- Name of the author(s), institutional affiliation(s) and address(es) should be entered one line below the title line. For Abstracts presented by authors from more than one institution, authors' names must be followed by a superscripted numeral identifying each author's affiliation. Underline the name of the presenting author.
- Give the complete addresses for the authors' institutions.
- Insert one empty line before entering text.
- Type the text of the Abstract without paragraphs, single-spaced, justified and not exceeding 300 words (one page).
- Give the name, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address of the corresponding author at the end of the Abstract.
- The size of the poster boards are 1 x 1 m and 1.20 x 1 m.
